Aufgaben

ZEISS are seeking a passionate, dynamic IT Project Manager to join this exciting time for the organisation. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing IT activities of multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• plan, coordinate and supervise IT activities of multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within one hub

• manage scope, schedule and budget for IT-related activities in deployment projects and monitor (technical) project deliverables

• plan and ensure IT resource availability and coordinate & supervise the work of the highly motivated project teams and collaborate with different stakeholders across locations

• align with global factory coordinators, organize and coordinate data migration, testing & cutover for associated deployment projects

• identify, escalate/mitigate and resolve IT-related issues and risks associated with the deployment projects

• prepare project reporting on progress, milestone status, issues and meeting time, budget and content targets, carrying out reporting and information management and preparing cost/benefit analyses and forecasts

• manage communication with project stakeholders on IT-related activities

Profil

• bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with reference in IT Project Management, with responsibility in planning, management, implementation, and successful transition to operations

• proven ability to lead teams of technical project resources

• ability to create and/or review configuration and technical specifications

• relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications, PMP, SCRUM etc.

• a high degree of initiative, excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills

• ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams

• business fluent in English

• willingness to travel
