PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D) SECURE INFORMATION SYSTEMS (SIX) COUNTRY BUSINESS UNIT
for our activities in the field of defence and security at our headquarter in Ditzingen near Stuttgart

Aufgaben In this position, you will direct project activities to reach successful completion of the project regarding its technical, industrial, financial baseline and customer satisfaction with focus on cyber defence solutions business.

It also involves the following tasks:
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external teams and continuing close cooperation with Solution Management, Portfolio Management, Bid Management, PMO and R&D
  • Establishing and updating project requirements baseline in a collaborative work with the Bid Manager
  • Defining and managing project execution baseline and continuously organising and consolidating corresponding nominative project team workload
  • Ensuring successful transition to the project and contributing to preparing, organising and validating the project launch
  • Properly manage all stakeholder and setting up a project team charter
  • Continuously tracking and managing financial KPI and project efficiency
  • Proactively tracking risk mitigation and opportunities, shaping plans and managing legal and contractual requirements
  • Preparing reviews, ensuring action plan follow-up and close project

Profil
  • Degree (Bachelor/Master) in an IT or Engineering field of study (IT, Business Informatics, [Industrial] Engineering)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management with customer BAAINBw (German “Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr”)
  • Eligible to Security Clearance Level Ü2
  • Experience in working within international companies in a customer-oriented department
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Skills in usage of ERP tools (SAP), Office applications and Jira
  • Experience in agile methodologies and practices preferred
  • Strong cooperation and organizational skills, an aptitude for teamwork and a positive can-do attitude
